Swedish Saffron Rolls

Instructions
- Melt butter and plant-based milk together until lukewarm.
- Mix salt and sugar in a large bowl.
- Grind saffron and add it to the bowl.
- Combine 5 cups of flour, yeast, and the warm liquid in the bowl and mix well.
- Add more flour gradually until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into sections and roll into 1-inch ropes, then cut into 8-inch lengths.
- Shape the pieces into curled S-shapes and place on baking sheets.
- Brush the rolls with melted butter and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes until golden.
