For the glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Add almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds, mixing until just combined to form a thick batter.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
- While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, drizzle the glaze over the bread, slice, and enjoy.
