Paleo Fish Tacos and Coleslaw

Instructions
- Mix the seasonings for the fish in a small bowl.
- Marinate the fish in a ziplock bag with the seasoning mix for at least one hour.
- Prepare the coleslaw by mixing all its ingredients in a bowl until the avocado is mostly chunky.
- Heat butter or ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the marinated fish in the skillet for 2-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet just before the fish is done.
- Assemble the tacos by layering fish and coleslaw on the tortillas, and add any desired toppings.
