Instructions
- Mix the seasonings for the fish in a small bowl.
- Marinate the fish in the seasoning mix for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, kale, lime juice, avocado, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet and cook the fish for 2-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- Assemble the bowls starting with slaw, adding optional rice, fish, salsa, and cilantro.
