Ingredients

The tortillas

  • 1 package Siete Tortillas (or corn tortillas or lettuce shells)

The coleslaw

  • 2 cups cabbage (or slaw mix)
  • 1 unit lime (juice of)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ unit avocado (cubed)
  • to taste unit sea salt

The fish

  • 1 lb flaky white fish (halibut, cod, haddock, tilapia, etc.)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if applicable.
  2. Combine the fish seasonings in a small bowl.
  3. Pat the fish dry and coat it with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through if necessary.
  5. While the fish cooks, prepare the coleslaw by mixing all slaw ingredients in a bowl, ensuring the avocado remains chunky.
  6. Once the fish is done, heat the tortillas in a skillet.
  7. Assemble the tacos by layering the fish and coleslaw on the tortillas, and add any desired toppings.
