Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Instructions
- Coat a nonstick skillet with coconut oil or oil of choice.
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth, about one minute.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Pour ¼ to ½ cup of batter into the pan at a time.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Plate the pancakes and add your favorite toppings.
