Ingredients

The batter

  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 scoop PlantFusion Complete Lean protein powder (Chocolate Brownie)
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 5 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp ground flax meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional add-ins

  • to taste chocolate chips
  • to taste blueberries
  • to taste strawberries

Instructions

  1. Coat a nonstick skillet with coconut oil or oil of choice.
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth, about one minute.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour ¼ to ½ cup of batter into the pan at a time.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
  6. Repeat until all batter is used.
  7. Plate the pancakes and add your favorite toppings.
