Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, starting with wet ingredients for better mixing.
- 2. Blend until smooth and similar to pancake batter, scraping down the sides as needed.
- 3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- 4. Pour batter into the skillet and cook each side for 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Serve with syrup and sliced bananas.
