Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line a large sheet pan with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the mustard coating and chipotle seasoning.
- Finely chop the pecans and mix with garlic salt and chipotle powder in a bowl.
- Dry the chicken tenders with a paper towel and coat them with the mustard mixture.
- Coat each chicken tender in the pecan mixture and place them on the sheet pan.
- Bake the chicken tenders for 7 minutes, then flip and bake for another 7 minutes.
- Turn on the broiler and broil the chicken for a few minutes until the nuts are browned and crispy.
- Serve the chicken tenders.
