Instructions
- Mix chopped pecans, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken breasts in the egg white, then coat with the pecan mixture, pressing it in.
- Refrigerate the coated chicken for 30 minutes.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and salt immediately.
- Let the chicken sit for 3-4 minutes before serving.
