Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flax (if using) in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, maple syrup, banana puree, oil, water, and egg.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and pour into a greased 9×9 baking dish.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out mostly clean.
- For the frosting, whisk together the peanut butter, sugar, and water until smooth and fluffy.
- Adjust the consistency with more peanut butter or water as needed, frost the cooled cake, and serve immediately.
