Chocolate Almond Milk

Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water for up to 12 hours, then drain and rinse them.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked almonds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and fresh water.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer to separate the liquid from the almond pulp.
- Store the chocolate almond milk in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Shake well before serving, as it may separate.
