Creamy Coffee Ice Cubes

strong black coffee
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in 4 cups of water overnight or for at least 1 hour.
- Drain and rinse the almonds, then blend with 4 cups of water and dates until finely ground.
- Strain the mixture through cheese cloth or a nut milk bag to extract the milk.
- Blend the extracted milk with cacao powder, vanilla bean seeds, and salt until smooth.
- Store the almond milk in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
- To make the coffee ice cubes, blend coconut milk, malt powder, and vanilla bean seeds until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube molds, fill with coffee, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve the chocolate almond milk with the coffee ice cubes.
