Instructions
- Soak the almonds in warm water overnight or in boiling water for 1 hour.
- Drain and rinse the almonds under cool running water.
- Blend the almonds with filtered water until creamy.
- Strain the blended mixture using a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or a thin towel.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Combine a portion of almond milk with the melted chocolate to create a sauce.
- Whisk the chocolate sauce into the remaining almond milk until well combined.
- Store the chocolate almond milk in a container in the fridge.
