Almond Milk

The milk

raw almonds, soaked overnight

filtered water
Optional sweeteners

maple syrup

pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Soak the almonds overnight in water.
- Drain the soaked almonds and place them in a blender with filtered water.
- Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until creamy.
- Strain the blended mixture using a nut milk bag over a bowl, squeezing out as much liquid as possible.
- If desired, stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
