Instructions
- Soak the almonds in a bowl with enough water to cover them by 1 inch for 12 to 24 hours.
- Drain the almonds and transfer them to a blender.
- Add 4 cups of water to the blender and blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until finely ground.
- Strain the mixture through a nut bag or clean kitchen towel over a bowl, squeezing to extract all the liquid.
- Discard the solids or save them for another use, then stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Store the almond milk in the fridge in an airtight container.
