Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions
- Rinse and drain the almonds.
- Transfer the almonds to a pitcher or mason jar and add water to soak, covering with a towel.
- Soak the almonds at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
- After soaking, rinse the almonds well.
- Add the soaked almonds, water, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the almonds are pulverized.
- Use a nut milk bag to strain the blended mixture into a pitcher.
- Squeeze out the milk and transfer it to a bottle for storage.
