Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic raw almonds
  • cups water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the almonds.
  2. Transfer the almonds to a pitcher or mason jar and add water to soak, covering with a towel.
  3. Soak the almonds at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
  4. After soaking, rinse the almonds well.
  5. Add the soaked almonds, water, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender.
  6. Blend until the almonds are pulverized.
  7. Use a nut milk bag to strain the blended mixture into a pitcher.
  8. Squeeze out the milk and transfer it to a bottle for storage.
