Almond Milk

Instructions
- Soak the almonds overnight, then drain and rinse them.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked almonds, filtered water, sweetener, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Line a large jar or container with a nut milk bag and pour the almond milk into it.
- Strain the milk through the nut bag, squeezing to remove as much liquid as possible.
- Transfer the almond milk to an airtight glass bottle or jar and store in the fridge.
