Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water for 6 to 48 hours.
- Rinse and drain the almonds under cold water.
- Blend the soaked almonds with 4 cups of filtered water, the date, and vanilla extract for 1-2 minutes until frothy.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth.
- Squeeze out the remaining solids to extract all the milk.
- Store the almond milk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
