Instructions
- Soak the almonds in 2 cups of water for 4 to 6 hours, then drain.
- Blend the soaked almonds with 4 cups of fresh water for 60 to 90 seconds until creamy.
- Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to extract the milk.
- Flavor the almond milk with vanilla or maple syrup if desired.
- Store the almond milk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
