  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the almonds under cold running water and add them to a high-speed blender with 3 cups of water.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to the highest setting for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or a nut milk bag into a pitcher or measuring cup.
  4. Squeeze the bag or cloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Store the almond milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
