Instructions
- Rinse the almonds under cold running water and add them to a high-speed blender with 3 cups of water.
- Secure the lid and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to the highest setting for 2 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or a nut milk bag into a pitcher or measuring cup.
- Squeeze the bag or cloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Store the almond milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
