Ingredients

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 whole vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds and vanilla bean overnight in several cups of water.
  2. Discard soaking water and rinse almonds until water is clear.
  3. Place soaked almonds, vanilla bean, and fresh water in a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 90 seconds.
  5. Strain milk through a nut milk bag, saving the pulp for later use.
