Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds in water overnight with a pinch of sea salt, then rinse them.
  2. Blend the almonds with 2 cups of water in a food processor or blender for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Strain the milk to remove any remaining almond bits using a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine sieve.
  4. Store the fresh almond milk in the fridge for up to three days or freeze it for longer storage.
