Homemade Almond Milk

Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water overnight with a pinch of sea salt, then rinse them.
- Blend the almonds with 2 cups of water in a food processor or blender for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the milk to remove any remaining almond bits using a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine sieve.
- Store the fresh almond milk in the fridge for up to three days or freeze it for longer storage.
