Homemade Strawberry Almond Milk

large cloth tea bag, sieve, or French press
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in filtered water for at least an hour, or preferably overnight, then drain and rinse them.
- Blend the almonds with 3 ¼ cups of filtered water, maple syrup, sea salt, strawberries, and almond or vanilla extract until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a tea bag or preferred method, twisting and squeezing to extract as much almond milk as possible.
- Transfer the strained almond milk to a jar and refrigerate.
