Medjool dates, pitted (or 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup)

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked almonds, then blend them with 4 cups of fresh water until creamy.
- Strain the blended milk using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer to extract all the liquid from the pulp.
- Return the strained milk to the blender, add the dates, vanilla, and sea salt, and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavor as needed, then transfer the milk to a storage container.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to use.
