Cornmeal Whole Wheat Pancakes

Wet Ingredients

Instructions
- Whisk together all wet ingredients in a medium bowl, excluding the coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Add melted coconut oil to the batter and mix again.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Scoop ⅓ cup of batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
