One-Pan Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the chicken leg quarters at the joint to separate the drumstick from the thigh and season with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, ground thyme, and sea salt. Coat with flour.
- Heat a large skillet to medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan, cooking for 1 minute, then add cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute before adding spinach until it wilts.
- Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley flakes, ground thyme, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then add the chicken back into the pan.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
