Spicy Sesame Zoodles with Crispy Tofu

Instructions
- Prepare the chili sesame sauce by shaking all the ingredients in a jar or blending them in a food processor. Refrigerate if serving cold.
- Press excess moisture from the tofu, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry in a nonstick pan with a little oil until golden brown. Add ½ cup of sauce and simmer until absorbed and browned.
- Spiralize the zucchini and toss with about ¼ cup of sauce per serving. Top with the crispy tofu, sesame seeds, and scallions. Serve immediately.
