Instructions
- Prep garlic and bell pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the Italian sausage, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add garlic and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through.
- Prepare the mushrooms by removing the stems and scraping out the ribs.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the sausage mixture and place them cap side down on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 7-10 minutes.
