Keto Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean them with a damp paper towel. Brush olive oil over the mushrooms and place them head-side down on the baking sheet.
- Fill each mushroom cap with pizza sauce, followed by olives and chopped pepperoni. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add cheese on top of each mushroom, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
