Parsnip Garlic Mashed Potatoes

The mixture

Instructions
- Add parsnips, potatoes, and enough water to a large pot to cover the vegetables.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the water from the pot.
- Transfer the vegetables to a food processor or blender, and add milk, butter, grated garlic, and salt.
- Blend until smooth, then stir in the chives and serve.
