Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into quarters.
- Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until fork tender, about 12-15 minutes, then drain.
- Transfer the potatoes back to the pot and add minced garlic, then mash together.
- Mash in the butter and heavy cream until combined.
- Stir in seasoned salt, black pepper, parmesan, and sour cream, adjusting cream for desired consistency.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot with chives if desired.
