Garlic Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

The garlic butter

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt.
- 3. Boil the baby potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, salt, garlic, and chopped parsley.
- 5. Arrange the boiled potatoes on a baking sheet and gently flatten each potato.
- 6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each potato and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 7. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
