Ingredients

The spaghetti

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • ½ lb ground meat
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 jar store-bought pasta sauce

The broccoli

  • 1 lb frozen broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • to taste seasoning blend

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground meat and then add the shredded carrot and zucchini.
  3. Stir in the store-bought pasta sauce and let it simmer.
  4. Spread the frozen broccoli on a baking sheet and season as desired.
  5. Roast the broccoli in the oven until tender.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the vegetable meat sauce.
  7. Serve the spaghetti with roasted broccoli and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
