Instructions
- 1. For the Instant Pot, sauté the onion and ground beef until browned and onions are translucent.
- 2. Season with salt and pepper, then add chili powder, cumin, cayenne, tomato sauce, water, and honey.
- 3. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on Manual/High Pressure for 7 minutes, then quick release the steam.
- 4. For the slow cooker, brown the meat and onions on the stove first, then mix with other ingredients and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- 5. For the stove top, brown the meat and onions, then add other ingredients and simmer for 1-2 hours.
- 6. Serve the chili on hot dogs with optional toppings like mustard, onion, cheese, or jalapenos.
