Guinness Pulled Pork

Instructions
- Mix the smoked paprika, salt, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork.
- Place the sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Put the pork on top of the onions and pour the Guinness over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours until the pork is tender and falls apart.
- Serve the pulled pork on sliders, tacos, or salads.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days or freeze.
