Pork Burgers

Instructions
- Whisk together BBQ sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan on high heat until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-22 minutes until thickened.
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, mustard, stout, garlic, salt, and pepper, then form into 6 small patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Add cheese slices to the burgers during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the buns in the same pan for 30-60 seconds.
- Assemble the sliders with the patties, BBQ sauce, and desired toppings.
