The hot dog sauce

seed oil free mayo

Wickles Pickles spicy red sandwich spread

Instructions
- Braise hot dogs in a pot with three bottles of Guinness, poking holes in them to absorb the beer.
- In another pan, caramelize the sliced onions in one bottle of Guinness until fully cooked down.
- Grill the braised hot dogs on a preheated grill at 375°F until charred.
- Spread the hot dog sauce on the buns, place the hot dogs on top, and cover with provolone cheese.
- Toast the buns and melt the cheese on the grill away from direct flame.
- Add toppings: Guinness braised onions, pickled jalapenos, bacon, and crushed potato chips.
