Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the hot dog buns on the baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg, then sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake the buns in the oven for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Boil water in a medium pot, add the hot dogs, cover, and let them stand for 5 minutes.
- Assemble the hot dogs in the buns, adding yellow mustard, diced onion, sweet relish, pepperoncini, tomatoes, dill pickle, and a pinch of celery salt.
- Serve immediately.
