Instructions
- Cook half of the diced onion in olive oil until translucent.
- Add ground beef, salt, and garlic, cooking until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, cumin, and cayenne, then simmer.
- Cook hot dogs on a grill or grill pan until marked and heated through.
- Toast the hot dog buns in a grill pan with butter for flavor.
- Assemble the hot dogs by placing them in buns, adding mustard, chili, cheese, onion, and jalapeños.
