Instructions
- Sauté the onion in olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground meat and cook for about 3 minutes, breaking it up.
- Stir in the garlic.
- Add the spices and stir well.
- Mix in the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the crushed pineapple and stir.
- Top with ketchup and tomato paste without stirring.
- Seal the pot and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes after cooking, then release the remaining steam.
- Open the lid and stir the mixture.
- Serve on buns topped with a pineapple ring.
