Instructions
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and adjust to taste.
- Remove stems from the kale leaves and chop the leaves into small pieces.
- Wash and spin dry the kale, then place it in a large salad bowl.
- Toss the kale with the dressing until well coated.
- Add the toppings, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately or let it marinate for a while.
