Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tbsp Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp Almond flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp Monk fruit allulose blend
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe mug for about 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in the almond milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, and sea salt, and mix well.
  4. Stir in half of the chocolate chips and smooth the top.
  5. Microwave for 40-50 seconds until the top looks slightly moist but not wet.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top while the brownie is still hot.
