Instructions
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe mug for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the almond milk and vanilla extract.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, and sea salt, and mix well.
- Stir in half of the chocolate chips and smooth the top.
- Microwave for 40-50 seconds until the top looks slightly moist but not wet.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top while the brownie is still hot.
