Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Add patties to the hot oil, cooking two or three at a time to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook until the bottom is browned and the sides are set.
- Flip the patties and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining patties and serve.
