Apple & Brie Crostini with Hot Honey

The crostini

cut diagonally into ½ inch slices

honeycrisp or granny smith apple, thinly sliced

prosciutto, cut into 20 pieces and rolled

arugula
The hot honey

honey

teaspoon
hot sauce (or sub a pinch of cayenne pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place baguette slices on the baking sheet and add slices of brie cheese on top.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Top each crostini with an apple slice, a piece of prosciutto, and arugula.
- Mix honey and hot sauce in a bowl, microwave for 10-15 seconds, then drizzle over the crostini.
- Serve immediately.
