Smoked Gouda & Apple Crostini

smoked gouda slices cut in half

honey crisp apple
thinly sliced

tablespoon
fresh thyme leaves

honey for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Top each baguette slice with half a slice of smoked gouda cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top each slice with one slice of apple.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and optionally drizzle with honey.
