Honey Raspberry Brie Crostini with Basil Oil

ciabatta bread or any crusty bread, sliced

olive oil, for drizzling

brie, cut into wedges

fresh raspberries

honey, for drizzling

Basil Oil

⅓

olive oil

cup
fresh basil

lemon, zest and juice

kosher salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread slices and sprinkle with salt, then place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes, flip the bread, and add brie on top of each piece, then return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the bread to a serving board, top with raspberries, drizzle with honey and basil oil, and finish with watercress.
- For the basil oil, blend all ingredients until smooth and adjust salt as needed.
