Longan, Mango and Pomegranate Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 can longan with syrup
  • 18 oz mango juice
  • 18 oz pomegranate juice

Instructions

  1. Drop 1 or 2 longan fruits into each paper cup and add 3 tablespoons of longan syrup.
  2. Place the cups on a tray and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. Remove from the freezer and add 3 tablespoons of mango juice to each cup.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil, cut a slit for the ice cream stick, and insert the stick.
  5. Return to the freezer for another 2-3 hours.
  6. Once frozen, remove the foil and add 3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice to each cup.
  7. Freeze for another 2-3 hours without the foil.
  8. To serve, warm the sides of the cups with your palm and gently slide the popsicles out.
