Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare muffin cups with liners or grease them.
- Make the Oat-Streusel Topping and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the egg, oil, Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend, and buttermilk.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in the diced peaches.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and sprinkle with the Oat-Streusel Topping.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
