Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin layer.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is set and browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before removing from parchment.
- Fill with your favorite toppings or ingredients and serve.
