German Schnitzel (Schweineschnitzel)

Instructions
- Pound the pork chops between plastic wrap until ¼ inch thick and season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow bowls with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip the pork in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil to about 330°F and fry the schnitzel for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with lemon slices and parsley.
